 Benefits of the Health Resort Complex “Mashuk Aqua-Therm”

•  The spa resort is located in a specially protected ecological and resort region of the federal importance – The Caucasian Mineral Waters.

•   The spa resort territory accommodates the mineral water well “Legends the Caucasus” with the depth of 1,500 m - a wide-known source Slavyanovskiy and two well rooms for internal use. The health resort complex “Mashuk Aqua-Therm” has a license for drawing of underground mineral waters for bottling and balneotherapeutical use in the territory of the Vostochno-Inozemtsevskiy area (the well 2Б located in the spa resort territory) valid until 2037.

• “Mashuk Aqua-Therm” has a wonderful well-managed protected territory with the area of 12.5 ha. The spa resort disposes a pine wood, a man-made botanic garden and a spring-fed lake suitable for bathing and sport fishing.

• The spa resort is situated in proximity of traffic arteries, including the airport (20 km) and the railway station (5 km). 

• Availability of a free car parking.

• Convenient location of buildings and a full connection of dormitory blocks with health blocks by means of warm passages. There are 9 categories of rooms, and there are cottages made of environmentally safe construction materials.

• Internal electronic payment system. 
• Free Wi-Fi in all buildings, cottages, the lobby bar “Winter Garden”, SPA and the café “Near the Lake”;

• Possibility of family recreation with children aged 0 plus. Children under 2 years can stay for free (there are a pediatrician, a children’s room, if requested – babysitting services).

• Catering “self-service buffet” with a possibility to keep an individual diet according to 15 developed diet schemes, catering as per the preliminary developed diversified menu – the order in the restaurant “Lermontoff”.
