To organize business meetings and conferences, the spa resort “Mashuk Aqua-Therm” offers 2 conference halls for 60 and 100 seats and a meeting room for 15 seats with all necessary equipment as well as with a free wired Internet connection and Wi-Fi. 
Additionally, you can use services of interpreters and secretaries (upon request). 

Business events.

We offer you two halls to choose from which are equipped with up-to-date equipment and Internet access (including Wi-Fi). A spacious Atrium (Winter Garden) will perfectly suit for coffee-break organization or for a personal restaurant service. Event organization specialists will help you to choose the menu for coffee-breaks, lunches, official dinners, standing receptions and offer various conference packages for a whole day or a half-day. You can also use a free large and spacious car parking.
The employees will help you to resolve the following technical tasks:

• colour and black and white printing
  of documents, print formats - А3, А4;
• copying and distribution of documents;
• soft stitching and laminating;
• scanning;
• information recording on digital storage devices;
• sending and receipt of documents via fax and e-mail.

Special events.

To organize special events, Mashuk Aqua-Therm is glad to offer: 
the VIP-lounge “Lermontoff” with glass walls for 50 seats which will perfectly suit for celebration of your birthday, wedding, prom or any other special event;
Organizing an event at the spa resort “Mashuk Aqua-Therm”, you’ll definitely appreciate its picturesque location amidst the mountains, blooming and greenery.
Our chef de cuisine will offer you only delicious dishes from a versatile menu to make your event memorable. The employees from the Event Organization Department will prompt you some solutions and ideas for celebration; in fact, the high-class service at our spa resort will surprise you.

If you need to book 10 and more rooms in the spa resort, a hall to conduct a special or a business event, or both, please, fill in the form on the website.

Internet access:

A free Internet access (Wi-Fi) is available at guest areas of the spa resort.
During business meetings and conferences you will be able to use wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet connection.
